Cookie policy.
Which cookies and browser storage Libremade uses, and why. This website sets no cookies at all.

In short
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. It keeps two small items in your browser, written only by the start page, and only for what you asked it to do. That is why there is no cookie banner: consent is needed for storage that is not strictly necessary, and this website uses none.
On this website
| Name | What it is for | How long |
|---|---|---|
libremade.sessionlocal storage | Keeps you signed in on the start page after you sign in or confirm your e-mail: the sign-in tokens, your e-mail address and name. Never your password. While you are signed in, the contact form sends your message with it. | Until you sign out, or the sign-in is no longer valid |
libremade.templatelocal storage | Remembers the design you picked with “Use this template”, so it is still chosen when you come back from the confirmation e-mail. | Until your website is created, or you pick another design |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | The human check on the start page and the contact form, when it is on. It runs in a frame of Cloudflare’s own (challenges.cloudflare.com) and keeps what it needs there, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy, only to protect the forms. | As Cloudflare sets it |
Fonts and pictures load from our own media storage, which sets no cookies. To remove what this website keeps, sign out on the start page, or clear this website’s data in your browser.
In the Libremade app
The app where you build your website (app.libremade.com and the admin of each website) uses only cookies that are strictly necessary: the sign-in cookies that keep you signed in, a marker that keeps a sign-in to the website it belongs to, and two preferences, the admin’s light or dark mode and whether its sidebar is folded. They last until you sign out or, for the preferences, until you change them. There are no analytics or advertising cookies in the app.
On websites made with Libremade
Each website’s owner decides what their website uses, and tells their visitors. By default a website sets no tracking cookies. A website with a shop keeps its basket in the visitor’s browser (libremade.cart). If an owner adds Google Analytics, the website asks its visitors first and loads it only after they accept; a decline is remembered in a cookie so the question is not asked again.
Changes and questions
If this website ever needs storage that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and list it here. Questions? Write to us through the contact form.
