The service
Libremade is a website builder run by GetSet. It lets you define what your website is made of, fill it in, and publish it, without writing code. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Give us a real e-mail address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has got into it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Libremade to:
- break the law or publish content that is illegal where it is shown;
- infringe other people’s rights, including copyright and privacy;
- send spam, spread malware or run phishing;
- attack, overload or probe the service or other customers, or get around its limits and protections.
We may suspend content or an account that breaks these rules; where we can, we tell you first.
Your content
Your content stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, copy it as needed to run the service, and display it to the people you publish it for. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backups that expire in their normal cycle. You promise you have the right to publish what you upload.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-proof, and we may change or retire features.
Fees
Plans and prices will be published before any charge. We will not charge you without your consent.
Ending the service
You can stop using Libremade and delete your website or your account at any time. Before you do, you can export your content and files; ask us through your account if you need help. We may end or suspend your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. When an account ends, we delete its data as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, GetSet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and its total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the country where GetSet is registered.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it applies. Questions? Contact us through your account.
